Purpose & Scope
This Editorial Policy governs all content published under Driven Wyld Inc. and its affiliated brands, including but not limited to:
YouTube videos, livestreams, and podcast episodes
Blog posts and articles on drivenwyld.com
Social-media posts, press releases, and public statements
RMDA-related publications, proposals, or documentation
The goal is to ensure accuracy, accountability, and integrity across every platform representing Driven Wyld Inc. and its partners.
Accuracy & Verification
All factual information must be verified against reliable sources, firsthand documentation, or direct communications with relevant parties before publication.
Legal, contractual, or partner-related claims (e.g., RMDA, ezCater, vendor or affiliate partnerships) must undergo additional verification prior to release.
Any statistical or financial claims should reference their source when possible.
Updates & Corrections
Every published article, blog post, or video description must include a “Last Updated” date when edits occur.
Significant edits or context changes require an “Update Notice” briefly explaining what changed and why.
If an error is found, a “Correction Notice” will be issued within the same post or an appended note, identifying the correction in plain language.
Conflicts of Interest
Any post, video, or communication discussing partners, affiliates, or companies that Driven Wyld works with must include a clear disclosure (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links…”).
Sponsorships, partnerships, or affiliate relationships never influence editorial conclusions or opinions.
Staff and contributors must disclose any financial or personal connections that could be perceived as bias.
Tone & Representation
Driven Wyld content maintains a professional, fair, and evidence-based tone while advocating for transparency and driver rights within the gig economy.
Avoid defamatory, inflammatory, or retaliatory language—especially regarding active disputes, lawsuits, or investigations.
Critiques must focus on verifiable behavior or policy issues, not personal attacks.
Approval & Accountability
All final content releases (articles, videos, press statements) require approval from Joe Mandracchia, Editor-in-Chief.
An internal changelog is maintained for every significant edit, update, or removal.
Any staff, partner, or contributor found to have knowingly violated this policy may be subject to removal from publication roles.
Retention & Archiving
Archived copies of original posts, videos, and scripts will be retained for legal, compliance, and transparency purposes.
Deleted or retracted content must remain accessible internally for reference and recordkeeping.
Public Transparency
A public-facing summary of this Editorial Policy may be posted on the Driven Wyld website’s About / Press / Compliance page to demonstrate editorial integrity. Internal documentation—including changelogs and review notes—remains confidential.
